Seeking Vengeance

Without giving too much away, this fic isn't like my others. The basis of it is my belief that Buffy's only route to true happiness lies with Spike. There's a story behind what inspired the fic, but if I tell it here, it'll give too much away. If you're interested, I'll add it at the end of the story!

The fic begins immediately after Buffy is brought back from the dead by her well-meaning friends, and it follows season 6 as closely as it can given a certain, rather significant, difference.

Warning: This fic is dark and quite angsty, much more so than my usual style.
