2 October 2006 This has been a long time coming, hasn't it? I'm still reading my way through the Magpie Series, and haven't yet come to a conclusion as to whether or not to go on with that. In the meantime, the wonderful t_geyer who betas for me has had a birthday. I wrote a little story for her, based during The Rest of My Life and featuring something of Moira's past as told to Buffy. It's been beta'ed by Tales_of_Spike and Zanthine Girl to whom I'd like to extend my appreciation. It's called - Love Remembered

17 August 2006 A whole month since I updated. That's longer than I'd thought, but I've been away, and I've had problems deciding just how much to put into this one. In the end, it's got what I'd originally intended for three chapters, so that's probably good. Chapter 50
17 July 2006 I had thought I'd be finished this story by now, but the usual end-of-term chaos with added extreme heat have conspired to put an end to that idea. There isn't much more to go, and once school breaks up (Friday) I'm hoping to get down to wrapping it all up. In the meantime, here's Chapter 49.
27 June 2006 Chapter 48 is up.
22 July 2006 Chapter 47 is up. Shorter than of late, but it's a transition chapter. The next chapter still needs some work, but I'm hoping it'll be ready some time next week.
19 July 2006 Chapter 46 is up, and it's Spike's turn to share.

4 June 2006 Not too long this time - Chapter 43 is up. I've acutally roughed out several chapters at this point - almost to the end of the story. RL is going to be busy this week, but if I get time, I'll go back and edit another one and get it beta'ed.

22 April 2006 Many apologies for the long delay. I've had some health problems which, while not being serious, have been extremely irritating and tiring, and sitting at a computer hasn't been something I've felt able to do. Things are currently better, so here's hoping that future updates won't take so long. The new chapter is up, by kind courtesy of my beta t_geyer who turned it around very speedily. Chapter 39

18 January 2006 Well, I had no idea it was going to take this long to update. December was busy with family concerns and then Christmas came along, and now it's a whole new year. Sorry for the delay - I am trying to update more regularly, but can't promise. Chapter 33.
4 December 2005 I knew it'd been a while since the last update, but I didn't think it was this long ... RL is just really busy just now, but I'll try to get the next chapter up more quickly. In the meantime, here's Chapter 32.
14 November 2005 There's less plot than I expected in this chapter, but still more than the last couple. Buffy POV - Chapter 31
4 November 2005 Don't get used to this. It's not a pace I'm likely to be able to keep up, as I'm still reaping the benefit of a week's holiday. Chapter 30 - Spike POV. Shorter than the last one, but the next should be longer and more plot-intensive.
31 October 2005 Just six days after the last chapter, here's another one. I've had a lovely, peaceful week without any work, and this is the result. I doubt this'll become the routine, though. Chapter 29 - Buffy POV

5 October 2005 A small update today. It's two chapters, but they're both short - a direct result of the switching point of view. Chapter 25 and Chapter 26
2 October 2005 Not The Rest of My Life, sorry. This is just a bit of silliness, written to wish my beta, t_geyer a very happy birthday, and it's complete. It's, believe it or not, a crossover between Angel and Dr. Who. It's Spuffy based, and written from Spike's POV. It takes place early in Angel season 5, and before the new-age Dr. Who. Of Time and Space
27 September 2005 Another chapter, and this is a long one. Chapter 24 I've also updated the Awards page, since Cruel Concealment won some very pretty things in the first round of the Fool for Love Awards. As always, thanks go to t_geyer for her help on this chapter.

16 August 2005 After being away for the best part of two weeks, and spending the first week back unable to get any time alone, this chapter is later than I'd hoped. I'm really not sure on the timing of the next one as the wonderful t_geyer will be unavailable to beta for a while. Thanks to her, as always, for the work she did on this chapter, though. Chapter 22
26 July 2005 Another update, but please don't get too used to this pace. It's just the close way these last few have been interconnected that has made it so easy to keep going. In fact, if it wasn't for the changing POV, they'd probably all be one chapter! Chapter 21 is up, but there will be a delay before the next chapter. There are certain RL responsibilities that must be sorted out before I can get back to posting more.
22 July 2005 Yes, I'm updating again. Now, I had a plan. You see, the next chapter has a teensy cliffhanger at the end, and I planned to post it, and then, a few days later, post the next chapter. However, I find that I'm just too lazy to go through the whole update thing again in a couple of days, so I'm posting both of them. Feel free to just not read chapter 20 right away. 18 July 2005 Nearly a whole month since I updated? I don't know where the time has gone - other than just into the whirl of end-of-termness that happens this time each year. Oh, and there's been the heat too. Puts me off going anywhere near a computer. Many thanks to everyone involved in nominating or judging at the RDA Awards. Hangs head in shame There are three things I've added - first, I won some runner up awards at the most recent round of the Vampire's Kiss Awards - including Best Author. Second, Cruel Concealment has been nominated in a number of categories in the Love's Last Glimpse Awards. You can see the pretties on the Awards page. And thirdly, there's new fiction. It's post Never Fade Away, and it aims to answer all sorts of questions about what happened next. It's called 'The Rest of My Life' and there are two chapters to start you off. They're here and here. I hope you enjoy them.
5 January 2005 A whole month since I updated anything! In the meantime, someone's been busy. Guilt has been nominated in the Love's Last Glimpse Awards, Guilt and Cruel Concealment have been nominated in the Vampires Kiss Awards, and Fireworks in November has been nominated in the Walks with Heros Awards! Many thanks to the person/people responsible for the nominations. The notifications brightened my day each time one arrived. Oh, and yes, there is a fic update. Chapter 13 of Three for a Girl is up (at last.) Sorry it took so long.
