Review of Fireworks in November

Enjoyed this. Well done with the Spike & Wes bonding! At first I wasn't sure that Wes would open up to Spike quite so easily but you did a good job I think with conveying their shared sense of cultural homesickness, with Spike's dislike of inactivity and desire to irritate Angel feeding into it all as well.

Loved it! Short but sweet. Shows just how Spike can be kind even though he always tried to hide it. Loved the burning of Angel, very funny and loved how you delivered the last lines before the email from Angel. Nice!

The premise and back story of this was excellent. I really enjoyed the dialogue and shared history between Spike and Wesley. The scene remembered between William and his headmaster was beautifully written. The only quibble I have is how incorporeal Spike (who had been handled really well throughout the rest of the story) was able to have a note pressed into his hand right at the end.

(Now fixed! Thanks for spotting that.)

This was really fun! I can easily picture this various characters acting this way. Thanks!
